With a total capacity of up to 20 guests, the Villa has 600 m2 spread out on 3 different levels with 2,000 m2 of gardens. Located in the exclusive area of Cap Martinet –Talamanca, Jesús, it has spectacular 180 degrees view to Formentera, Dalt Villa and Talamanca Beach. The villa is divided into 6 spacious and independent areas, each one with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. There is a total of 9 bathrooms, 6 kitchens, 5 fireplaces, various dining and living rooms and 2 laundry rooms. Each area is equipped with all necessary comforts : fully equipped kitchens, satellite TV, DVD, WIFI access, HIFI stereo systems, irons, etc. There is a large swimming pool (10 x 5m) with chillout areas overseeing Formentera, a sauna and a barbecue area.
Weekly gardening, cleaning and maintenance of pool and common areas is included in the price. Other services that can be offered: chef, child care & boat rental (the boat Hedoné with capacity for up to 8 passengers is the perfect option for a day charter to Formentera).
The Villa is available for rent as a whole unit for minimum stays of one week. Check-in on Saturdays. It is ideal for large groups of friends, a large family or a group of several families.

JUPITER
Apartment of 120 m2 with 3 independent entrances for each of the 3 bedrooms (two with 2 beds each and one with a double bed), 2.5 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen, large terrace with views to the sea, Formentera and Ibiza.
ZEUS
Apartment of 80 m2. 1 Bedroom with one double bed, 1 bathroom, living room with fireplace, bar, kitchen, private terrace with sauna and spectacular views to the sea, Formentera and Dalt Vila.
APOLO
Apartment of 60 m2. Living-room and kitchen, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, all above with views to the sea and Formentera. An additional dressing room gives this area of the Villa a very intimate ambience. Integral refurbishing planned for 2010
AMISTAD
Apartment of 100 m2. 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds and 1 with 2 bunk beds) + one with two single beds), 1 full bathroom, living room, fireplace, dining room, kitchen, terrace with access to the pool. Refurbishing planned for 2010. Adding 1 bathroom, To change room with bunk beds to double beds.
OLIMPO
