Each villa has its own swimming pool and beautiful garden, offering privacy to its guests and a nice place for children to play safely.
Around each pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas, which are available for sunbathing. On the veranda of the villa, in front of the house, and next to the beautiful garden there is patio furniture for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful view. Outside each house there is a barbecue giving the ability to cook everything you want in a traditional way.

The villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with SAT-TV and DVD, an open plan Kitchen which is fully equipped, a bedroom with one double bed and a shower/WC. An internal stone staircase leads up to the first floor where there is the second bedroom with a double bed and the third one with 2 single beds, both sharing a shower/WC. From both bedrooms guests can exit to a beautiful spacious balcony that overlooks the sea.

Villas Maroulas are located on a slope about 150 meters below the center of the picturesque village of Maroulas where you can find a mini market and a couple of traditional taverns. 8 km east of the town of Rethymnon and approximately 3 km from the beach of the suburb of Platanias, a well known tourist resort , where all amenities can be found such as taverns , bars , super markets , ATM , travel agencies and on the beach, water sports.
