Each villa has its own swimming pool and beautiful garden, offering privacy to its guests and a nice place for children to play safely.
Around each pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas, which are available for sunbathing. In the veranda of its villa in front of the house and next to the beautiful garden there are patio furniture for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful view. Outside each house there is a barbecue giving the ability to cook everything you want in a traditional way.

The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room (air conditioned) with Sat/TV and DVD, an open plan Kitchen which is fully equipped and a bedroom with two single beds with en suite shower/WC. An internal wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a second bedroom (air conditioned) with a double bed with en suite shower/WC and a beautiful balcony overlooking the area.

Villas Maroulas are located on a slope about 150 meters below the center of the picturesque village of Maroulas where you can find a mini market and a couple of traditional taverns. 8 km east of the town of Rethymnon and approximately 3 km from the beach of the suburb of Platanias, a well known tourist resort , where all amenities can be found such as taverns , bars , super markets , ATM , travel agencies and on the beach, water sports.
