Today the villa, with its cool vaulted interior, provides an enchanting holiday home. Near to the picturesque village square with its Venetian architecture, the Villa Ivi is approached through painted blue doors which lead into a pretty and private courtyard, complete with the indulgence of an outdoor heated Jacuzzi.
Olive trees in large terracotta pots add a lovely atmosphere as you enter and the heated Jacuzzi is perfect for evening relaxation after a hard day at the beach.
Huge doors lead from the courtyard into the central living room has a seating area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The large master bedroom with high domed ceiling has a view of the courtyard. A large bathroom, with modern amenities serves this bedroom whilst the second bedroom, with its own private entrance from the courtyard, has a bathroom en-suite.

Personal Service

We will meet you at the port or airport and escort you to the villa. On arrival, we will do our best to make you feel at home. After 5 years of personally overseeing the renovation of all our homes, we love & know each detail and would love to share it with you. We are always close at hand for good advice on where to go and what to do around the island.

An island run-about:

One manual car rental is included with each of our villas. This allows you to be mobile and independent the moment you arrive to stay with us. All cars provided are a stick shift, so if you would like an automatic drive, please let us know to make the necessary arrangements. A small fee may apply for the upgrade.

Utter relaxation

You need to unpack once, put your suitcases away and enjoy yourself! You can explore the various attractions the island has to offer at your own pace or simply lounge around the pool reading a good book. We now offer room service from our tavern in the square, aptly named “Raki”.

Mingle with the locals

You can fulfill a desire to experience Greece as the locals do. Shop at the local markets and immerse yourself in the pleasant rhythm of daily village life in Santorini.

Personal Space and Privacy

Renting one of our villas our guests will usually have a kitchen, a living room, one or more bedrooms, a dining room, outdoor areas and a private Jacuzzi or pool. These spaces allow families, couples and friends traveling together to enjoy quality time with each other, minus the distractions, disturbances and the hustle and bustle of a hotel.

Our complimentary services included in the above tariffs are as follows:-

Transfers - We will meet you at the port or airport and transfer your party to the villa. On your departure date, our transfer company will collect you and transfer you to the port or airport. Kindly advice us of your arrival / departure time, flight number or name of ferry.
Free Car Rental - One manual car rental is provided for your use whilst on the island. The vehicle provided by our agents is usually a 5 seat hatch back, which is very well suited to the narrow roads of the island. Kindly ensure that you have a valid drivers license for Greece. Third party insurance & unlimited kilometres are included.
Complimentary Welcome Hamper - consisting of fresh fruit, orange juice, mineral water, milk, Greek yoghurt, tea, coffee, fresh bread, egg & marmalade is provided on arrival.
Housekeeper - Our housekeeper will service the villa daily. We provide fresh towels every day and linen is changed after every 3rd night.
Concierge Service - A concierge is available during your stay to add to your enjoyment of the Island with suggestions on what to do, where to eat & other hidden treasures of our lovely island
