Villa Yria's name is taken from the ancient Greek name used in bygone times for the Island of Zakynthos and is a three storey building totalling 110sqm in area which can accommodate 4-6 persons.
The entrance to the villa is on the first floor and leads you to a spacious open plan living/dining area with open fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. The large veranda has amazing views and is furnished with wooden table and fixed sofas. A wooden stairway leads you upstairs to the second floor where there is a romantic bedroom with four-poster double bed, veranda and its own private bathroom with shower. From the first floor there is also a wooden stairway that takes you down to the ground floor which consists of romantic bedroom with four-poster double bed, bathroom with hydro massage Jacuzzi and living area containing two sofa beds. The outside area measures approx 80sqm in area and is accessible from the ground floor, leading to the private pool, sun lounging area with sunbeds and wooden pergola for relaxing moments in the sun.
