Outside there is a small private pool, a large terrace area, al-fresco dining area and a balcony from the first floor with a beautiful sea view.
As the house is located in the heart of Nerja's old town, the Balcon de Europa, the beach and a wide selection of bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Nerja has one of the best climates in Europe and has grown from a small fishing town into a lively bustling holiday resort, but has still retained much of its old charm with small narrow streets that all lead to the famous Balcon De Europa. It is lined with Palm Trees and has a good selction of street cafes in which to sit out at and soak up the atmoshere. From here you can also take a horse and carriage tour of the town. Nearby, there are the very famous Nerja Caves, which are a must for all visitors. Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar are all within easy reach for a day trip out.
