The fully screened south facing pool and large sun bathing area gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your time away from the parks. There is a shaded Lanai with comfortable pool furniture, and a surrounding hedge row for even more privacy. There is a BBQ is on the lawned area.
Just two quick miles from the Disney World main entrance on Hwy. 192. & with excellent access to ALL the parks.
Old Town & Celebration are also very close by. There is a shopping mall, within walking distance( 3/4 mil) with a Wynn Dixie supermarket, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Crackerbarrel, TJ Fridays, Carrabass Italian Restaurant, Gio's pasta/pizza, Subs & Chinese takeaway.
There is also a walk in Medical Clinic, (just in case).

The Stage Door bar, with cabaret nights, karaoke and a good English menu is a short drive away.
There are numerous public Golf courses nearby, with the fabulous Champions Gate & Celebration courses, only minutes away

The villa is short drive from the attractions of International drive with its many restaurants, shops and of course Universal Studios and other family entertainments.

Accommodation is fully air conditioned. Smoking is not permitted in the villa. No pets allowed.

Outside South facing private screened pool .Pool heating is available at extra cost. All patio furniture is of a very high standard with padded cushions. 

Coast/Beach:

Clearwater and St.Petersburg are on the Gulf coast and Daytona and Cocoa are on the east coast. The drive takes approx 1 hour to any of these beaches. 

Golf:

Disney and all pleasure parks, water parks etc. For the Golfer, excellant golf courses nearby. At least 12 are within 20 mins drive, clubs and cars are easily rented at the golf courses. Beach lovers, the popular east and west coast beaces are approx 75 mins away by car. These include St.Petersburg, Clearwater, Daytona and Cocoa. 

Travel:

Orlando International Airport is approx 35 mins drive.
Sanford Airport is approx 50 mins drive (Sandford mainly used by charter flights). Tampa International Airport is approx 1 hours drive. Car Hire is essential.

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking

Pool heating is optional at $150  per week (payable with final balance)
We also require a REFUNDABLE damage/security deposit of $300 (payable/ held against credit card with final balance)

Changeover day
No set change over day. However the take over on arrival is not before 4pm and we ask you to vacate by 10am on the day of your departure to give the cleaners time to prepare for the next guests
