This is the perfect villa for family holidays to Florida as its close to all the attractions, has a super indoor swimming pool for all weather dips and has a games room for all the family to enjoy.
Inside the villa there are two sitting rooms. The main one is for the family with all the gadgets and the second one is more for the adults to sit and unwind after a long day at the theme parks..
The villa has 4 large bedrooms and along with the sofa in the lounge which can convert to a double bed provides sleeping accommodation for 10. There is a well equipped kitchen and four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The games room is located in the garage and will keep all members of the group entertained as there’s a full size pool table, table football and even an electric dart board.
The swimming pool is at the rear of the villa. The pool is screened and heated and slopes gently from 1m to 1.75m. It is a large pool with ample room around for sunbathing. The pool is south facing and provides a sunny aspect from early morning until early evening. It will be perfect for a cooling dip after a hard days fun at the theme parks or shopping malls!

Outside:

South facing private screened pool. Pool heating is available at extra cost. All patio furniture is of a very high standard with padded cushions.
There is a good selection of pool side furniture including dining table and chairs. There is also a fully retractable safety fence for children's safety.

Sunrise Lakes is a quiet estate situated just off Highway 27 on the edge of an orange grove. The Disney attractions are just 15 minutes away. The airport is only 30 minutes away. Sunrise Lakes itself is well laid out and has a communal pool, basketball court, volleyball court and children's play area.

The community is very spacious with wide roads and pavements. There are some excellent shops within a short driving distance (turn left out of Sunrise Lakes) with a selection of take-aways (pizza, Chinese, Indian and Japanese...), small shops and a Publix supermarket with a fantastic choice of products. Prices are generally lower than in the UK.
Beaches

To the south west of Orlando there are a number of beautiful white sand beaches around the Clearwater, and St. Petersburg area on the Gulf Coast and further south near Sarasota and Rotunda. It takes just over an hour to reach the coast.

To the east are the Atlantic beaches including Cocoa Beach near to the Kennedy Space Centre and Cape Canaveral. Daytona Beach is further north along the East coast.
The Villa has an alarm system, 24 hour help is at hand with our property Management Team. Local phone calls free, all towels and linen provided. Sunrise Lakes is a peaceful location, close to all amenities. 

Coast/Beach:

Clearwater and St.Petersburg are on the Gulf coast and Daytona and Cocoa are on the east coast. The drive takes approx 1 hour to any of these beaches.

Golf:

Disney and all pleasure parks, water parks etc. For the Golfer, any excellent golf courses nearby. At least 12 are within 20 mins drive and clubs and cars are easily rented at the golf courses. Beach lovers, the popular east and west coast beaches are approx 75 mins away by car. These include St.Petersburg, Clearwater, Daytona and Cocoa. 

Travel:

Orlando International Airport is approx 35 mins drive.
Sanford Airport is approx 50 mins drive (Sandford mainly used by charter flights). Tampa International Airport is approx 1 hours drive. Car Hire is essential.
This villa is only a 10/15 minute drive from Disney theme parks. Universal is not too far away.
