Renovated in 2008, this fully air-conditioned villa is decorated with a mixture of styles, both contemporary and classical. The house has a very serene feel: light breezes blow through from the terraces and the shade of the interiors contrasts with the sparkling views of the sea. There is an eclectic set of styles with Provencal touches, 2 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. a professional kitchen, and a comfortable living area with flat-screen satellite television and a nice fire place, creating a warm homely atmosphere in the winter months. This villa offers accommodation of the highest standard, designed with impeccable taste.

The Details :

Painted in the same distinctive red color for which the Estérel Mountains and the houses in Théoule sur Mer are so well known for. The design is very Provence style with olive green shutters inspired by some of the old olive trees on the estate.

The Villa has a decked terrace around almost the entire property, with both areas for dining and sun bathing. Next to the sunbathing area is an exclusive private outdoor Spa and an outdoor shower to cool down from those warm sunny days in Théoule sur Mer.
The old trees around the house offer many shaded areas where you can admire the views of Cannes overlooking the entire bay. The large estate of 5.000m2 also offers beautiful views into the Esterel Mountains, directly accessible from the Villa for beautiful scenic tours.

Sheltered in a small cove on the Cote d’Azur, Théoule is a peaceful, even heavenly seaside resort, which has everything needed for a luxury retreat: turquoise waters lapping its sandy beaches shaded by palm trees, some charming little harbors, and some of the most beautiful and exclusive residences that can be found along the Cote d’Azur. The village is even home to Pierre Cardin, the world-famous French designer.

Its location make it the perfect location along the Cote d’Azur. Only 10 minutes from Cannes, and 20 minutes from Nice International Airport.

Its mild climate throughout the year, the diversity of the landscapes between the Mediterranean and the Estérel, the privacy and tranquility with no mass-tourism or large hotels. The village has a plentiful array of shops, boutiques and gourmet restaurants with a traditional market every Friday.

No less than 300 days of sun per year help to create an extremely agreeable micro-climate. It is said here that winter is a myth. Théoule and its four pleasure ports is an excellent sea side resort, its beaches and its paradisiacal creeks make it one the last remaining original villages along the luxurious Cote d’Azur.

Dates & Prices

Rental Prices:

High Season: July & August: € 2,500 per week : 4,400 for 2 weeks

Mid Season: 15th May to 1st July & September: € 2.000 per week : 3,500 for 2 weeks.

Low Season: 1st October to 31st December & 1st January to 15th May: € 1.500 per week : 2,500 euros for 2 weeks.

Towels & linen included in the rental rate. Final cleaning: 150 euro.

During the Cannes film festival (13 to 23rd May) the villa is available at a special rate of 2.000 euros for 10 days, including free airport transfer from and to Nice airport.
