Villa Serpentine is a luxurious residence on the Cote d´Azur which has approximately 300 m2 of living area and 5,000 m2 of extraordinary well-kept gardens with a swimming pool and a tennis court. It is situated in Croix Valmer, a small quiet town (with good infrastructure) which is about 15 minutes away from St. Tropez. There are amazing views over the bay of Cavalaire and the villa is about 5 minutes away from the sea.

The Details :

The house was built in 1996 in the style of a Provencal country house and is still in a technically excellent condition. There is a welcoming living room, an inviting dining room with an integrated kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 of them are in the guest house), 4 Bathrooms and a hallway. Furthermore there is an office with an associated balcony, a pantry, a safe room, a garage, adequate basements (with boiler room) and a wine cellar. All the bedrooms, as well as the living room and kitchen have got sea views.

All the rooms are fully furnished in a French country house style, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and all the kitchen necessities (steamer, dishwasher, American refrigerator/freezer). The office has a telephone, internet, printer and copying machine. The whole house is equipped with a house telephone and W-Lan. Furthermore it is fully air conditioned (electronic) and heated. The bedrooms are appointed with wooden floors. In the living room you will find an open chimney (there is an extra storage room for the wood). The heating of the bedrooms is run through the air conditioning system, whereas hot water and the heating of the living room runs through the gas heating. The house is built so well, that during summer you rarely need air conditioning. There is also a high-tech security system, which has been updated two years ago.

Next to the garage there is a parking area for about two to three cars. In the garage you will find 3 bicycles for your use.

In front of the house, overlooking at the sea, there is an enormous terrace with two pergolas, one of them canopied, the other one covered in greenery. Both of them are furnished for outdoor living. Integrated into the terrace is a large swimming pool with an overflow edge directed towards the sea.

The garden is planted with an extraordinary array of diversified vegetation, which is trimmed in the French style. Due to the great variety of plants the garden blooms almost all the year round. It has an area of 5,000 m2, which also has a tennis court, a place to play boule (lit) and numerous places to relax and unwind.

Staff:

There are 3 people who are responsible for the maintenance and security matters in the house. There is a secretary who supervises all the service operations, cleaning and the up keep of the house. There is also a gardener, who takes care of the garden throughout the whole year and is also available as a chauffeur. His wife cleans the house twice weekly. When the villa is occupied she will be availabe to clean & also cook whenever requested.
