There are wooden floors throughout, and only the finest marble has been used in the bathrooms. Using a blend of chic buttermilk colours for the walls, and modern furnishings, the villa has a wonderful contemporary feel. The village is surrounded by lovely beaches and wonderful sunsets can be enjoyed from any vantage point. The beaches are clean and there are lots of little areas to enjoy this beautiful setting.

Lanes from the village lead to fabulous hills with special trekking routes. A skippered boat can be provided for water sports.

Travel:

There are direct flights from London to Mitilini and Manchester to Mitilini.
Sigri is the second port for the island. Lavrio to Sigri will take 5 hours by boat.

There is an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and a number of fireplaces through out the house to give you a warm light and atmosphere. The spacious living room is an ideal place for reading, playing cards and just relaxing or enjoying movies.

We are the place for those who enjoy Greece, privacy, secrecy, calmness and a completely unspoilt landscape, in luxury accomodation and breathing in the most clear air. (We are the sunniest place on the island and the island of the most sun).

An oriental cook can be provided in July & August at an extra charge.

The owner of this superb villa will welcome you personally, (She speaks English and French) and will be on hand to show you all the delights of Villa Faros, and can help you to organize reservations or recommend activities for you to try during your stay. There are lots of lovely traditional events for you to watch and take part in.

Dates & Prices

Rental Rate: Per week in euros.

April, May, June, September & October: 32,000 euros.

July & August: 36,000 euros.

November to March: 28,000 euros

The above rates includes a professional chef, linen, maid & cleaning service. Indoor pool heated in winter months. Final cleaning service and all local charges (VAT)

The hire of a boat with captain is also included in the price, but if this service is not required, it can be deducted from the overall price.

A 30% deposit will be required to confirm a booking for Villa Faros.
