The villa has two floors and a basement and can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises of :

Four Bedrooms
One suite with a luxurious bathroom, dressing room, office and private veranda . One bedroom with own bathroom and balcony. Two large bedrooms with their own verandas and sharing a pleasant colourful bathroom. An art deco cloakroom.

All rooms have wooden, antiquated and specially-processed floors.

The villa has a spacious living-room with a fireplace and a staircase leads to the luxurious dining room, with a view to the Ionian Sea.

Is also provides a fully equipped traditional kitchen, directly linked with the cellar in the basement

Location : Akrotiri is a suburb of Zakynthos Town, extending throughout an elongated hill at the north side of Bochali. It is full of olive groves, orchards and gardens.
