Booking requests for the 2007 season exceeded our established villa rental portfolio. We are now looking to add to our superb collection of handpicked, carefully chosen, villas with private swimming pools in new destinations. Location, views and presentation are all considered when choosing villas for our rental portfolio.

As experienced villa holiday clients ourselves we have valuable first hand knowledge of what our discerning clients would expect from an independent holiday villa rental company.

We receive many requests to represent villas and to promote them in our rental portfolio but not all will meet our exacting requirements. Our villas are hand picked and all feature private swimming pools. 

We maintain regular contact with the owners, keeping them updated with all booking information, any potential problems arising and guest comments, this individual service is so often lacking with the larger companies.

Would you like free advertisng for your villa?

bluedoorvillas.com would be delighted to offer you a free listing for your villa in our rental portfolio and to act as booking consultants for your property.There is no charge for listing a villa..

This will provide additional promotion for your villa, therefore generating a higher volume of rental guests, at no extra cost!..

All you have to do is provide the prices and availability for your villa,we would then add* a small commission fee to your advertised prices and add the villa to our portfolio.(* subject to villa owners preference: If the villa owner requests that all advertised prices are the same, we will deduct a small fee from the owners prices)

Listing your villa with bluedoorvillas.com will not effect advertsing through your own website or collaboration you have with other booking agents.

If you already have a system in place for collaborating with other booking agents please advise and we will be pleased to work with you existing rental system.

We would also request that we receive a regular update on bookings
so that we can avoid double bookings and also be able to offer our clients a speedy response to a booking request.

Communication between villa owner and booking agent is extremely important when promoting a villa in our portfolio..

We do request that all emails/texts for availability receive a quick reponse and that we receive reqular booking updates. This way we can offer potential clients a speedy response to booking requests and also to avoid double bookings.

To promote our portfolio of villas we advertise in quality magazines and newspapers in the UK as follows:

Sunday Times Travel magazine
The Spectator
House and Garden Magazine
Vogue Magazine (travel special edition)
Square Meal Magazine


We also advertise on many internet sites such as Choose Spain.

Google ads, other database rental holiday sites & advertise in newspapers & relevant magazines, thus generating global marketing for your property. This marketing and advertising package is complimentary


If you would like to proceed and list your villa in our villa portfolio we
will need details and photographs, which where possible can be taken from your website.

Please provide alternative website details for your property when applying for a listing in our portfolio. If you do not have a website please send details and photographs for the villa so that we can assess the property for a listing in our portfolio.

Advertising and Marketing Rental Package

This service is available to property owners who wish to manage & maintain the rental property or have an independent management company, but would like an additional independent booking agency to be responsible for marketing and advertising the villa. We also provide a booking administration service if requested unless a preferred system is requested by the owner/manager.


Option 1: Booking procedure to be carried out by bluedoorvillas.com


To offer a professional bespoke holiday rental booking service to both owner/manager & guests
To achieve the properties full holiday rental potential via our website, through other
 internet advertising, magazines, newspapers & worldwide contacts. This is complimentary. We only charge a fee for a confirmed booking.
To carry out booking & payment administration, if requested
To keep owners updated with booking details on a regular basis
  

To issue all guests with comprehensive terms & conditions form before their arrival if booked through BD Villas

To take a security deposit for all properties if requested.
 This will be either added to their final balance payment or held against their credit card

 Bluedoorvillas Fees
 

bluedoorvillas will charge a commission fee which will be added *to /deducted from(subject to requirements)to the owners advertised weekly rental charge. This will be agreed with the owner.

* subject to owners preference. If the villa owner requests that all advertised prices are the same on all sites we will deduct a small fee from the advertised prices

Please advise if you already have a system in place for collaborating with other booking agents and we will work with your existing rental procedure..


Option 2: Bookings procedure to be carried out by villa owner or villa manager


bluedoorvillas offer a professional bespoke holiday rental booking service to both owner/manager & guests.
To achieve the properties full holiday rental potential via our website, through other
 internet advertising, magazines, newspapers & worldwide contacts. This is complimentary. We only charge a fee for a confirmed booking.
Once a booking is confirmed we will pass a basic reservation form to the owner/manager containing all the client information for them to proceed with the booking administration and client liaison.

 Bluedoorvillas Fees
  
 

bluedoorvillas will charge a commission fee which will be either deducted from or added to the advertised weekly rental price, as agreed with the owner:

NB: Our normal procedure is to deduct of fee from the owners advertised prices. This way the price for the villa is the same on all sites, however, if requested we can add our fee to the owners price for advertising in our portfolio.

Please advise if you already have a system in place for collaboration with other booking agents and we will work with your existing rental procedure.
