Booking requests for the 2009 season have far exceeded our established villa rental portfolio. We are now looking to add to our collection of handpicked villas with private swimming pools. The location, view and presentation are all considered when choosing villas for our rental portfolio.
We will offer a professional bespoke holiday rental booking service to both the owner/manger and guests.
As experienced villa holiday clients ourselves, we have first hand knowledge of what our discerning clients would expect from an independent holiday villa company.
We receive a number of requests to represent villas with private pools in our rental directory, but not all will meet our exacting requirements. Our villas are carefully chosen and all offer private swimming pools.
How to advertise with Bluedoor Villas:
Bluedoor Villas will be delighted to offer a listing for your property in our rental directory, subject to review, and to act as booking consultants for your property. For this service we charge a commission based fee.
Advertising with Bluedoor Villas will provide additional promotion for your property, therefore generating a potentially higher volume of villa rental guests. Listing your villa with us will not affect advertising through your own website or other rental agents.
Bluedoor Villas will advertise your property on our website, sponsored Google ads, other database rental holiday sites, newspapers & relevant holiday magazines, thus generating global marketing for your property.
Advertising and Marketing Rental Package:
This package is available to property owners, who wish to manage and maintain their rental property or have a management company, but would like an additional independent booking agent to be responsible for marketing and advertising the property. We will also provide a booking administration service, if requested, unless there is already a preferred system in place used by the owner/property manager.
Booking Procedure to be operated by Bluedoor Villas:
On receipt of a booking enquiry, the availability of the property will checked with the owner, prior to offering the guests their requested dates and an agreed price for the rental period.
On receipt of a villa booking.
1, The client will fill in Bluedoor Villas reservation form & email it to us with payment details. Our booking form is secure & encrypted.
2, Deposit payments can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
3, Our terms & conditions (please see link below) will be agreed by tick box on the reservation form. http://www.bluedoorvillas.com/reservations/terms_conditions.php
4, The booking of the property will be confirmed to the owner by email with all relevant booking information.
5, A confirmation email will be sent to the guests.
6, Eight weeks prior to the commencement of the booking, the balance payment will be paid to Bluedoor Villas.
8, To take a security deposit for the property, if requested. This will be added to the balance payment or can be held against a credit card.
9, Booking confirmed to guests, by email, with directions & key collection details provided.
10, Booking confirmed to owner with payment details.
Bluedoor Villas Fees & Owner Payment Details:
Bluedoor Villas will charge a commission fee which will be deducted/added to (subject to owners preference) the owners advertised weekly rental charge. The commission fee will be agreed with the owner.
Our normal procedure is to deduct our fee from the owners advertised prices. This way, the price for the property is the same on all advertisements. However if requested we can add our fee to the owners prices.
All rental fees will be paid to the owner less agreed Bluedoor Villas commission fee. Timings of deposit & balance payments to be agreed with the owner.
Booking Procedure to operated by property owner/manager:
Once a booking is confirmed, we will pass all relevant booking information to the owner/manager for the booking administration and client liason.
Bluedoor Villas will charge a commission fee which will be deducted/added to (subject to owners preference) the owners advertised weekly rental charge. The commission fee will be agreed with the owner.
The owner will pay the agreed commission fee to Bluedoor Villas on receipt of the balance payment.
